Rusty Shriner
Founder
Mr. Shriner is the founder and principal owner of IMG, is responsible for company operations and is the lead consultant on every project. He has over 25 years of experience in design, construction and management of recreational and educational facilities in both the private and public sectors.
Mr. Rode is the senior consultant, with over 10 years of ice arena operations, programming, and facility management experience. He served in a management capacity at Comcast Spectacor, a leading sports & entertainment management firm, and is currently GM of the Twin Rinks in Stamford, CT.
