What sets you apart from other consulting and management firms?

We own a multi-faceted twin ice rink, which gives us the same experience and perspective as our clients.   We accept a limited number of assignments in markets we know, enabling us to focus on our clients.  We have developed proprietary business and financial models that have proven to work very well.

All projects are executed by our Founder and Partner, supported by staff and independent professionals,

 

Do you recommend a project move forward just so IMG can perform added services?

Several firms in the industry clearly do this, but IMG always “tell it as we see it” for the benefit of our clients.  Historically, we recommend against moving forward on new facilities 80% of the time and often turn down existing facility projects when we feel that we cannot have a significant impact on the business.

Have you failed to achieve the objectives in any consulting or management projects?

Yes. As consultants, IMG can only make recommendations, which some owners fail to implement, leading to unsatisfactory results. As Managers, we have consistently met our objectives.

Do you steer clients toward specific suppliers who pay you a commission?

No! We have no financial ties to any supplier, and make recommendations to our clients based strictly on the quality of product and service, value, and the ability to deliver on a timely basis.
